ANCCE participates in the World Breeding Federation for Sport Horses (WBFSH) Assembly

ANCCE once again participated in the World Breeding Federation for Sport Horses (WBFSH) General Assembly, which was held in South Africa.
Arancha Rodriguez, technical director of the Purebred Spanish Horse Stud Book (LG PRE ANCCE), and Jaime Gomez, Competition Department technician represented the Association.
Coinciding with the event, ANCCE representatives held meetings and conversations with various Stud Books, a number of National Federations and international firms invited to the event to share the Association's current projects, which were well-received. There were many positive remarks regarding several initiatives that are already underway in the field of the Molecular Genetics and Genomics Laboratory, how the PRE Stud Book is handled and its Breeding Program, as well as how competitions are digitalized and managed.
The Assembly also included technical seminars with outstanding international equestrian experts who addressed issues of interest such as equine reproduction and genetics, the application of artificial intelligence and digital marketing. Likewise, the latest advances in traceability and animal welfare promoted by the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) were also covered.
ANCCE's participation at this annual event confirms its commitment to innovation, international cooperation, and continued improvement in the equestrian sector, thus consolidating its position as a reference in the management, technology, and the promotion of sport horses.
