Ancce launches a new measure that will benefit full-fledged members, with a special post-deadline inscription rate

The service currently costs €300, and it will be reduced to €100 per horse

ANCCE, with its continuous efforts to benefit its members, is serving the interests of its full-fledged members by approving a measure in the form of a rebate for service 127 (Post-deadline inscription) provided by the PRE Stud Book.  This same rebate was applied last June for services 103 (Identification for Inscription) and 206 (Basic Aptitude for Breeding).

Thus, the Board of Directors has approved a new measure that offers economic benefits for full-fledged members of ANCCE, in the form of €200 when registering (inscribing) a foal after the established deadline. Currently, this service costs €300 per horse, and it will now be reduced to €100 for each horse.

Remember that in keeping with the current legislation, any horse born in 2014, in 2013 or previously, is already considered a post-deadline inscription (Service 127); in such cases, the breeder needs to request a Passport or an Equine ID from local authorities.  Also, foals born in 2015 must be registered before the end of this year to be considered a normal inscription (Service 103).

As of now, and until November 30 of this year, to take advantage of this reduced rate, the Full-fledged Member must be current with all ANCCE payments up to December 31 of the previous year. Upon requesting this service from the PRE Stud Book, and should the breeder have an outstanding account with ANCCE, said breeder may not enjoy this benefit and the corresponding additional fee will be applied due to failure to meet the requirements for discounts. Said difference must be paid in full and may be included in future fees when requesting services or as a receipt included in the annual Association quota.   The member, knowing these details, must accept them.

On the other hand, those breeders who have signed up as Full-fledged Members of ANCCE may enjoy the discount for PRE Stud Book fees.  Consider the fact that by registering two horses past the established deadline—the discount is €400—you will have almost covered the annual membership fee, which is €480.

With this new measure launched by ANCCE at the PRE Stud Book, full-fledged members of ANCCE, once and for all, will be rewarded after three decades of work to make the current LG PRE ANCCE Stud Book a world reference.
